For the price and location, this was a good stay. If you're just passing through (which most of us do), then this is a good stop. We had kids, and felt safe. The lobby was clean, the receptionist was super friendly and helpful. We arrived late afternoon, and not a lot of people were there, but by the evening, the lot was full! Despite that, we have no noise complaints. The beds were comfortable, bathroom was clean (except they forgot to put a shower curtain in there- prob some covid precaution- and we were too tired to ask- and it wasn't a big deal for a quick shower). They had a mini fridge and small table and good tv. The best part was that Starbucks was barely down the street! And they were good too. So overall, it was a good experience. If you want to pay a little more and have a better room- I personally suggest Quality Inn- but I'm giving Econo Lodge 5 stars because we had no problems and we needed something cheap at the time. So, this is great for budget-friendly stays!

Room was nice, ac wasn't very cold and the bed was a little hard. But we enjoyed the room.

Edit 8-26-24 review. I gave this hotel a second shot. I called about 30-35 mins before arriving and asked if my room could have the ac turned on and the girl answered "yes!" I arrived and went to my room (204) and it was so much better than last time! It was also a different ac unit than 207, but it was sooooo much cooler! ‐---- 8-6-24 review below ---- I never like to leave a 1 star for anything... I checked in on 8-6-24 at roughly 8pm.... front counter person was spectacular! She checked me in and even made small talk... nothing but love for her. I get my room key (207) and head up to the room. Keep in mind the temperature for that day was in triple digits, so I was ready to go chill in the ac in my room... wrong! I opened the door and was bombarded with easy triple digit room temp! I left the door open and went directly to the temp control on the wall... it said 99, and ac was off.... I put it down to 65 and decided to go eat, I'll come back to a nice cool room... nope, wrong again! It was so hot in the room the ac couldn't cool it down. 9pm 94 10pm 90 11pm 87 12 midnight 84 I called the front desk at 10pm, no answer. I called again at 11pm, she answered... I asked if she had a box fan... the pillows and bed was still soooo warm, I can't sleep. She said the ones they had were already given out and that she didn't even have one in the office. I'm not mad at the front counter girl... I'm mad for the owner not allowing the ac to stay on at least 75-78 when not occupied. I moved the pillow to the foot of the bed.... it's at least kinda cool there. I will be calling and requesting a refund.

I made online reservations at several hotels in Blythe California and they refused my reservation once I arrived at the location. This particular Econo Lodge is one of the best hotels that I have stayed in. They not only honor your reservation their customer service is excellent and their rooms are quiet and comfortable. In my opinion they go beyond customer service they really put you at ease. I would strongly recommend staying there. As far as the deposit, as long as you don't do anything against hotel rules they actually were very quick in returning the deposit. They have irons and ironing boards as well as other fixtures so they have to ensure people don't walk out of the room with the items making it difficult for the next hotel guests. People who are not out to break or take anything shouldn't have a problem with that. I enjoy my stay every time.

Stayed two nights overall great price for the room you get. A little embarrassing but I couldn't for the life of me figure out how to work the TV so i went to the front desk and this lovely lady by the name of ‘Karen’ came all the way to my room and helped me figure it out! Other than that overall great experience and GREAT customer service would definitely stay here again :)

Right off the start I had one of the best experiences, I called a few hours before checking in and Anabel was so helpful and once I got to the hotel I noticed how professional and respectful she is, she gave us good accommodation and for that I'm grateful About the room, it was really clean and big. The microwave and fridge were very helpful, the beds were spacious, and the bathroom looked very decent, with many towels and extras for self care. The area was pretty safe and right next to the freeway entrance, I didn't have any inconvenience or complaints during my stay, safe place to rest after a long days travel and very helpful and polite staff!
